Quality / Quantity Inspection : Quality/Quantity inspection certificate to be issued by S.G.S. or any other
independent inspection agency at the time of loading at the loading port shall be final and binding.
Payment : By 100 % sight, Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible Letter of Credit, to be established by a
prime Bank and must be Confirmed by any prime Bank in the country of the Beneficiary/Suppliers. L/C to
be established within five working days from the date of confirming the business deal.
