3. Draft case approved for the purchaser: Contract is signed by both the parts.
4. POP (Proof of Product) against POF (Proof of Fund). Between the banks.
5. Purchaser emitted Letter of Credit STANDBAY, FFDLC, WIRE TRANSFER, in the total value of the
transaction, through a bank of 1 line, OPERATIVE, CONFIRMED, DIVISIVEL, TRANSFERIVEL and
IRREGOVAVEL.
6. Salesman all deposits PB (performace bond) in the value of 2,00% (two percent) on the contract for the
