The maize products that we aim to sell include: Bran-max, Maize Flaking Grits, Coarse Maize Grits, Fine
Maize Grits, Maize Flour Medium Polenta, Maize Germ / Maize Meal. At this stage, we proposing the
following: Acquisition of a franchise (brand, milling processes, training and support, franchise related
benefits) in return for a franchise fee and possible equity stake. South African (SA) post-Apartheid era has
presented opportunities for black South Africans. This resulting from an attempt to address the economic
imbalances created by the apartheid government between whites and blacks. The SA government
decided to promulgate the BEE Act. The aim of the Act is to encourage blacks to actively partake in the
economic activities of country.
